Use: Machine for cutting
- For fruits and vegetables with a solid structure: carrots, beets, potatoes, apples, etc.
- It chops by sticks with a section of 2.5x2.5 mm along the entire length of the fruit; finished product - thin long neat strips
- The cross section of the fruit should be at least 25 mm, not more than 60mm, length must be not more than 120mm
- Advantage: the machine automatically sorts the chopped vegetables: only ready sticks comes into one outlet, small parts (trimming) comes into the other
- It can be used as an individual machine, as well as a part of a facility for processing vegetables
- Made entirely of stainless steel, easy to wash using a hose
- Takes up minimum space – 0.6 м2
- It is possible to manufacture a machine that operates from a domestic socket. (220 V)
